Foster Care and Adoptive Association of Oklahoma (FCAO), is the only nonprofit in Oklahoma working with the DHS to fill in gaps, improving the lives of fostered and adopted children.
with the help of santa fe and double wolf dare week, we will be able to fund the expansion of their mentorship program and new program Dream Big, which serve to combat the number of foster parents dropping out within the first nine months of fostering as well as allowing these children to Dream Big, fulfilling their dreams and wishes past a stable family and home.
